Most dogs love racing humans up stairs.
It’s a great way to win points from humans..
Solution: Win points in all other areas of your dogs life and it will stop
trying to dominate you so much. If your dog is being too chaotic and dangerous
on the stairs, simply tie it up for a while. This will teach it to be more
polite and respectful.
TIP: Dogs get extra points for tripping you over – or blocking your way
once you reach the top or bottom of the stairs, forcing you to step around
them. If your dog starts testing you out, simply raise your chin haughtily and
